2. Cancellation by the Customer
2.1. Refund Eligibility
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] The eligibility for a refund and the amount refunded will depend on the timing of your cancellation:
• Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the tour: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellation 30-59 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the tour: No refund will be provided.
2.2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain tours may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation by BlueLinkVoyage
3.1. Force Majeure
In the event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other emergencies), we will offer you the following options:
• A full refund of all payments made
• The opportunity to reschedule the tour for a later date
• A credit towards a future tour with BlueLinkVoyage
3.2. Minimum Participant Requirement
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
4. Changes and Modifications
4.1. Changes by the Customer
If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as changing the travel dates or substituting participants), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Changes by BlueLinkVoyage
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your tour itinerary if necessary. In the unlikely event of significant changes (such as changes to the departure date, destination, or inclusions), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following options:
• Accepting the revised itinerary
• Rescheduling to a different tour or date
• Receiving a full refund of all payments made
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Travel insurance premiums
• Visas and other travel documentation fees
• Any additional services or products purchased directly from third-party providers
